You can have many friends and a family but still feel loneliness constantly. Just because someone is surrounded with love doesn't mean they are truly happy. It's very sad.

You don't have to be perfect, no one is. You don't have to try so hard, be yourself, and just remember you are enough. As long as you feel comfortable in your own body, you have succeeded. Self-acceptance is key.
